You work directly with me (Charles McGill) as your Creative Director. I understand your market, your positioning, and how to execute without constant hand-holding. This isn't a design factory churning out templates or a VA service checking boxes — it's strategic creative partnership for brands that demand excellence.

How does your pricing work?

Monthly Subscriptions: One flat monthly rate. Unlimited design requests based on your tier. Pause anytime and lock in your rate when you're ready to resume.

Project Packages: One-time fee for specific deliverables like campaign buildouts, brand refreshes, or sales pages. Pay upfront, get your project completed within the agreed timeline.

No hourly rates. No surprise fees. No revision limits.

What does "unlimited design requests" mean?

Unlimited means exactly that — there's no cap on how many requests you can submit.

Here's how it works: You can queue as many design requests as you need, and we'll work through them systematically every business day. We can't complete everything overnight, but your queue stays active and moving forward consistently.

If something doesn't hit the mark, we'll revise it until it does — no limits, no pushback.

What's the difference between a task and a project?

A Task is a single, standalone item — like designing a logo, creating a social media graphic, or building one landing page.

A Project is a collection of tasks working toward a bigger goal — like launching a full website (which includes design, development, testing, and integration).

Think of a task as one puzzle piece. A project is the complete puzzle.

What are your turnaround times?

PANDA PRO ($2,000/month): 2-4 business days for most requests

CREATIVE DIRECTOR ($5,000/month): 1-3 business days for most requests (2 active projects running simultaneously)

CREATIVE DIRECTOR PREMIUM ($8,000/month): Same-day turnaround possible on urgent requests (3+ active projects running simultaneously)

Larger projects like full website builds or major campaign buildouts take longer — we'll confirm your timeline when you submit the request.

Do I communicate directly with the designer?

You'll work with a dedicated project manager who handles all communication and serves as your main point of contact.

This eliminates language barriers, communication breakdowns, and repetitive explanations. Your project manager understands your business, your preferences, and briefs the creative team so you don't have to repeat yourself.

Designers focus on execution. Your project manager ensures everything runs smoothly.

How do I request a new task or project?

Submit requests through your ticketing portal. Include:

• What you need designed

• Any copy or content

• Reference images or examples

• Specific requirements (dimensions, format, platform)

• Deadline (if time-sensitive)

We'll confirm receipt, ask clarifying questions if needed, and get to work.

Can we communicate via Slack?

We don't use Slack because it creates communication chaos — messages get buried, context gets lost, and nothing stays organized.

Instead, everything runs through your dedicated ticketing portal. Every task, update, and conversation is tracked in one central place so nothing falls through the cracks.

What does your "100% satisfaction guarantee" include?

Our goal is simple: make you smile with every delivery.

We stay current on design trends, tools, and what's working right now. Our team is trained to execute at the highest level.

But when things go wrong — whether it's miscommunication, unforeseen delays, or work that misses the mark — we own it. We'll keep working on your task or project until you're 100% satisfied. No excuses, no runarounds.

Which PandaCommission subscription is right for my business?

PANDA PRO ($2,000/month): You need consistent brand support but don't have multiple campaigns running at once. One active project at a time fits your pace.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR ($5,000/month): You're launching multiple offers, running campaigns, and need 2-3 active projects handled simultaneously without bottlenecks.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR PREMIUM ($8,000/month): Speed matters at your level. You need same-day turnaround on urgent requests and 3+ active projects running at once.

What kind of designs doesn't PandaCommission offer?

We don't handle:

• Illustration or custom character design

• 3D modeling or animation

• Complex motion graphics or video production

• Print design for physical products (packaging, merchandise)

• Architectural or technical drawings

If it's digital brand assets, web design, funnel pages, campaign creative, or presentation materials — we've got you covered.

Why does PandaCommission have a no refund policy?

When you subscribe, we allocate staff and resources in advance to handle your requests — whether websites, funnels, or graphics. We're fully prepared to deliver high-quality service from day one.

Because of this upfront commitment, we have a no refund policy once your subscription is charged. However, you can cancel anytime with at least three (3) business days' notice before your next billing date.

What level of automation support is included?

Basic automation setup is included — email sequences, funnel connections, and standard platform integrations.

If you need complex Zapier workflows, custom API integrations, or advanced automation architecture, that may require additional support or a referral to a specialist.

What details should my design request include?

We keep it simple. Provide:

1. Description of what you need

2. Your brand guide (logos, colors, fonts, images)

3. Any assets, references, or copy needed for the design

Don't worry about formatting — our ticketing platform prompts you for everything: request name, dimensions, file types, uploads, and design references.

You can create unlimited Brand Guides, so managing requests for multiple brands is seamless.
