4.2 After an account's closure, PandaCommission is under no obligation to continue revising any outstanding graphics, websites, or funnels. We may choose to do so at our discretion. Minor revisions required to close out an account may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4.3 If the revisions requested after account cancellation or lapse in payment constitute a complete redesign, PandaCommission reserves the right to refuse this request. PandaCommission observes most holidays in the Philippines and in the United States. This is because most of our design staff is based in the Philippines, while our leadership team is U.S.-based. On these holidays, our design team will not be available, and no work will be performed. We aim to notify clients of these holidays well in advance when possible.

12.1 Initial Requests
Please be advised that the turnaround time for most initial requests will take a minimum of 2 business days. The client should plan their project timelines accordingly.

12.2 Revisions
Revisions will generally take a minimum of 1 business day to complete. While same-day revisions may occasionally be possible, there is no expectation or guarantee for this. If revisions are received early enough in the day, they may be completed on the same day, at our discretion.

12.3 Planning
Due to the stipulated work hours and potential for holidays, we recommend that clients plan their projects and requests with these factors in mind. Failure to do so could lead to delays in project completion.

13.1 At PandaCommission, we offer a range of design services as part of our subscription plans. We encourage our clients to utilize these services to the fullest extent during their subscription period. However, in cases where a client has paid for the service but has not submitted any design requests or tickets during the subscribed period, we do not offer credits or refunds for unused time. Our team is available and ready to support your design needs, and we encourage active engagement to maximize the value of your subscription.

14.1 Our commitment to providing high-quality design services extends to the active duration of a client's subscription with PandaCommission. Once a subscription is terminated or lapses due to non-renewal or non-payment, our obligation to continue work on any outstanding or previously submitted designs ceases.

14.2 Clients who have ended their service with PandaCommission will not be eligible to request edits or revisions to projects previously completed or initiated under their subscription. If further design work or revisions are required post-cancellation, the client must reactivate their subscription or begin a new service agreement with us.

14.3 We understand that business needs can evolve, and we welcome previous clients to rejoin our services should their design needs reemerge. However, we maintain a policy of not obligating our design team to work on projects for accounts that are not currently active.
