Once onboarded, you'll receive a link to our ticketing portal where you can submit new tasks or projects. Simply fill out the form within the portal, and your project manager will be notified and will handle your request through to completion. To maximize efficiency, we recommend populating your task queue with several requests, each prioritized according to urgency. This approach ensures that we can promptly address new tasks as soon as we complete or encounter delays with current ones, minimizing downtime. All your requests and their statuses are easily accessible within the ticketing portal, providing you with clear visibility and ongoing updates.

Effective communication with remote designers can be challenging, especially when dealing with language barriers and different working styles. To streamline this, we provide you with a dedicated project manager who will handle all communication and act as your primary point of contact. Our designers focus on their technical and creative expertise, and customer service is managed by your project manager. Your project manager will also seamlessly brief new designers as needed, eliminating the need for repetitive explanations.

We also educate our talent team on new design trends, tools, and technologies to stay up-to-date with what's working these days. However, things can get out of our control. For example, multiple designers get sick or can't work due to power outages and no internet connectivity, or we misunderstood your requirements and submitted work that wasn’t headed in the right direction. In these situations, we take ownership of our mistakes and will continue to work on your task or project until you are 100% satisfied.

Basically, we ask for your input across three simple areas: 1. Describe the design you need. 2. Provide your brand guide. 3. Attach any assets, images, design references, and copy needed. You don’t have to worry about formatting requests — you'll be prompted for details while using our ticketing platform. There, you can input the name of your request, the specific dimensions and file types, upload files, and provide design references. It is also recommended to provide a Brand Guide with brand files such as logos, colors, fonts, and images. This will ensure your designer(s) stay on-brand over and over. You can have unlimited Brand Guides, so requesting designs for multiple brands is even easier!

In the interest of productivity and commitment to quality, we do NOT support the following types of requests: Extremely complex or fine art or custom illustrations Complex photo manipulation ​Digital painting and game assets ​3D/CAD projects ​Programming, coding, or development ​HTML, CSS, UI/UX design ​File formats outside of our supported file types ​Trademarked names, brands, or quotes ​Content writing or copy writing or manual typing (typing text from images, coming up with titles for ads, doing research for copy, etc.) Inappropriate requests that are sexually explicit, defamatory, ethnically or racially offensive, or anything that is against PandaCommission’s core values will not be serviced.

When you subscribe to PandaCommission, we allocate staff and resources in advance to handle your requests, whether for websites, funnels, or graphics. This ensures we’re fully prepared to meet your needs with high-quality service. Because of this, we have a no refund policy once your subscription is charged. However, you can cancel at any time with at least three (3) business days’ notice before your next billing date.
